Advertising vacancies on the National Apprenticeship Service website
As of April 1 st 2022, apprentice vacancies advertised on the official National Apprenticeship Service website will only appear if the following process is followed. NowSkills will still be able to post your adverts, however, as an employer you need to register yourself and grant us permission to post your adverts.
1. Log into your Manage Apprenticeships account: https://accounts.manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk/service/index
2. Select Your training providers on the home screen
3. Select 'Add New Training Provider'
4. Enter 10040775 & choose NowSkills Limited
5. Confirm this is the training provider that you would like to have the permission for adding apprentices
6. Click continue and select return to the home screen
7. Select Your training providers
8. You should see the training provider that you added and there will be a hyperlink that says 'Change Permissions'
9. You will now be prompted with a screen saying 'Do you give NOWSKILLS LIMITED permission to add apprentice records?' and underneath this message, you with see a 'Yes' and a 'No' option, select “Yes” to allow us to assist you with adding apprentice records.
10. Next, the system will ask “Do you give NOWSKILLS LIMITED permission to recruit apprentices?” and underneath this message, you with see a 'Yes' and a 'No' option, select “Yes” to allow us to add your company advert to NAS.
11. Next you will be asked to “Confirm” permission (you may remove permission later if you choose to).
